Brilliant salon. Starting getting waxing done here with Alice who is the best waxer I've had! Does a fantastic job and always makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable during the process! Then began getting my eyelashes done with Izzy who does an amazing job everytime. I ask for extensions but with... a natural look and this is always achieved and I walk out feeling glamorous! Izzy also did my engagement nails and they were absolutley perfect, very chilled out and was able to deliver exactly what I asked for! Always a lovely experience and lovely vibe at this salon. I had a sugar low during my 4 hour appointment getting balayage and almost passed out, tilly was so good and ma...de me feel comfortable and didn't end up passing out then ended up doing such a good job on my hair getting it bleached for the first time and I love it, everyone worked together for second opinions and helping each other and made it all feel so reassuring. I am on my second set of hair extensions done by Mel and I love them. The quality of them is great and it does last with proper care. I also found Mel to be meticulous in installing them. The first set I stayed the same colour and the bonds blended really well which was no easy feat as I was very bl...onde. No one could tell and I received a lot of compliments on them and extra confidence. My first set lasted me longer than I expected and I didn’t notice any damage done to my own hair by them. My current set I have gone through a colour transformation. Mel has been excellent with this every step of the way. Providing honest and creative suggestions. She really listens to you from start to finish to get a look that is achievable that you will love and she doesn’t rush you or the work. Mel and the team was helpful with any queries (pre and post treatments) I had (however silly they were) and provided useful advice / suggestions when needed. The salon is a welcoming, chatty and friendly one that puts you at ease as soon as you go through the front door. Would recommend. read more
Had a spray tan a few days ago here. This was my second tan here after the first one went so well and the lady that did my tan was so nice and made it so easy. I would only go here for a tan from now on and keep telling other people to go too!

After going to Alice monthly, work and family commitments meant I had a several months without a massage and led to all my knots and tension coming back. I had the great pleasure of spending a very relaxing 85 minutes in Alice's good hands. <br /> The head massage and spa left me feeling relaxed but the facial and hand/arm was so good that all in all I could quite easily have dozed off but wanted to stay aware...throughout the experience. Alice takes the time to explain what she will be doing and seeing my new hair growth in the camera was exciting. The head spa is so amazing for my scalp and hair. My scalp felt so clean and I felt so relaxed with the water on my head. Really helped with my headaches and tension in my neck with the massages.
Had the new Japanese treatment today and WOW. It was all I hoped for, can’t wait for the next one. It’s definitely a must .

Thank you to Sophia, she has cut my hair 4 times now with each cut being perfect and on point. Also the salon has a great atmosphere with really friendly staff. 10/10 for the hair cuts by Sophia and 10/10 for the salon. You need to book in.
So pleased I found Melanie Richards, this is the best salon in Peterborough. Natasha has been my stylist for over a year and is amazing! Always a lovely atmosphere and everyone is happy and friendly. 10 STARS.

Mel and the team always do such a good job with my hair, I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s phenomenal with colour and hair extensions and always gives the best advice and recommendations.
