Meet Richard…

Salon Director Richard drives forward our salon vision, having successfully managed and grown salons for an International group in the past. He has worked on various fashion shoots both locally and in London, and has trained in precision cutting at Vidal Sassoon.

Whilst Richard can often be seen working with clients in the salon creating amazing looks, he can also be found coaching other salons with Fantastic Hairdresser. This collaboration helps salons to grow and perfect their businesses. Not only does he coach and educate other salon owners, Richard is the driving force behind the education of our Hairdressing Apprentices.

– Sebastian Cutting Techniques Training

– Hair Colour Training with industry giants Wella, Schwarzkopf, Goldwell, L’Oreal & Paul Mitchell

– Member of the National Hairdressers Federation

– Chosen to be on montage by Sir Peter Blake for American Express Small Business Saturday

Music and magazines.

Perfectionist, visionary, unstoppable!

What are your favourite aspects of hairdressing?

I love cutting! I also really enjoy transforming clients’ hair with the incredible Fabriq smoothing service that we offer.
