Hi, I’m Richard, Co-Owner of Melanie Richards Hair & Beauty. While you’ll mostly see me working behind the scenes these days, I still love looking after my regular, loyal clients in the salon.
I manage the day-to-day running of the business, including finances, health and safety, and training, ensuring everything runs smoothly so our team can focus on creating amazing experiences for our clients. I’m a qualified business coach and passionate about supporting and guiding our team to reach their full potential.
Over the last 15 years, building the salon alongside my wife, Melanie, has been an incredible journey. I’m proud of the welcoming, professional, and creative space we’ve created, and I genuinely care about every member of our team and every client who walks through our doors.
