I love practicing colouring and blow drying. I can’t wait for my training to develop in the Thursday Club.

Salon Director Richard drives forward our salon vision, having successfully managed and grown salons for an International group in the past. He has worked on various fashion shoots both locally and in London, and has trained in precision cutting at Vidal Sassoon.
Whilst Richard can often be seen working with clients in the salon creating amazing looks, he can also be found coaching other salons with Fantastic Hairdresser. This collaboration helps salons to grow and perfect their businesses. Not only does he coach and educate other salon owners, Richard is the driving force behind the education of our Hairdressing Apprentices.

I love cutting! I also really enjoy transforming clients’ hair with the incredible Fabriq smoothing service that we offer.
Melanie is our resident Wella Master Colour Expert and is a Gold-awarded Great Lengths Extensions Specialist with a vast amount of experience within the hairdressing industry. Mel has been a member of the ghd art team, been on stage at Salon International and was mentored by the amazing Akin Konizi for a year. Mel has also worked at many prestigious industry shows such as London Fashion Week.
Our Salon Director also spent some time working as an educator for a large intentional company, providing salons with the latest education in cutting and colour. Melanie has undergone lots of training, including; Vidal Sasson, Hob, Wella, L’Oreal, Paul Mitchell Gathering, Great Lengths Hair Extensions and ghd.
