Currently, there are 11 in our hair & beauty team & we are looking for like-minded people to join.

The Stylist Role

Our Stylists are crucial to our continued success, and our reputation as one of the premier salons in the region, specialising in creative hairdressing and colouring.  As a Stylist, you create and deliver the expertise, experience and environment that our clients love, and which keeps them coming back to us.  You are at the cutting edge of the latest trends and are always looking to expand your knowledge and skills as a Stylist through our in-salon training.  You’re also keen to share that knowledge with the Junior Stylists and Apprentices who work with you.

Specifics of the role

•     Ability to build your clientele, with our assistance and deliver a high level, professional & friendly service 

•     Keep up-to-date with latest trends through in-salon & academy training

•     Achieve your targets for sales, colour, client retention & retail

•     Assist our team maintain our high standards of cleanliness & hygiene

Essentials for the role 

•       Minimum of 1 year salon experience

•       Desire to continue to learn and develop your skills

•       Ability to work in a busy salon

•       Team player as we have a great team feeling

•       Keen to achieve commission

•       A sense of humour

 A big buzz for me is making sure my clients look and feel fabulous with the latest trends & fashions. I love creating fantastic hair & I specialise in colour, Great Lengths Hair Extensions and cutting.
